Yeah, J looks funny. Little Chub. He looks like he's about to catch on fire. And what's whith the patches on Ben's pants? Red pants blue patches...nice. Len just looks pretty.
You are wearing the old Sears jeans with the extra material in the knees. It has worn out and Mom patched them. Look closely at Lenny's Jeans. You can see the little bend in the pant about even with the bottom of J's pants. He has the Sears jeans on too. I'm not sure, but Ern may have on real Levis.
J's guess is dead on, but there is one more person in the picture who hasn't been identified? Who is it?
LOL. The only look that would be more foolish is if I had birkenstock sandals on with my red socks. I'm guessing Mom is taking a picture on the left (and her reflection in the glass door), but maybe it's Grandma G. I guessed summer 1977 because I looked like I was about 2 yrs old there. Grandpa looks like a stallion.
Sorry I wasn't in on the original guessing. Great job J! And, of course I was watching out for my tiny twin. We've got to stick together. If I remember right, this was at a family reunion or something in California with the Griffiths side. There was a little pond and a boat or something too.

Is that why you are holding your nose in the pic?

And J how did you figure the year?

The more I look at the reflection, the more I think it's Grandma G.
What I love about this picture is it's photo evidence that Len was taking care of me from the very beginning. You're the best brutha.
Boy, I'm going to need to call you "Inspector Gadget #2", J. It is indeed Grandma G. The reflection was the only clue I could see.
Nice detective work!
thanks, what prize do I win? I should also get a prize for best socks. Ben gets one for his pants.
You have the honor of winning! Tough noogies, Mr. Chubby Knees Red Socks!
Ben definitely deserves something for the pants. Although, maybe this was the beginning of his "Nacho Libre" image?
LOL. I think "Mr. Chubby Knees Red Socks" could stick.
